10/03 - Great Value On Offer in Coral Cup Betting
The Coral Cup is looking like one of the best betting heats of the entire Cheltenham Festival with several different horses in contention for the win in what is traditionally a tough race to bet on. The Coral Cup itself has become a popular race at Cheltenham and will take its place on the card after the Queen Mother Champion Chase on Wednesday. The race takes place over 2m 5f and normally attracts a large field meaning there is plenty of value on offer as the bookmakers scratch their heads looking for a favourite.
09/03 - Cheltenham Festival Bookmaker Bonuses May See Some Big Payouts
The Cheltenham Festival will see something approaching £600m (over half a billion pounds) staked on the outcome of the 26 races. The Festival will also account for around 10 per cent of the Tote’s annual on-course pool betting turnover (not bad for four days’ racing out of a fixture list consisting of well over 1,000 meetings), while at least £1 million pounds changes hands on every race in the betting ring at the racecourse, with over 250 bookmakers in attendance for each day of The Festival.

The Champion Bumper is quickly developing a reputation as one of the most eagerly anticipated races of any Cheltenham Festival having had some excellent renewals in recent years. Its unique as it is the only race at the Festival that is run on the flat but under National Hunt rules, it has thrown up some top winners in the past including the brilliant Dunguib in 2009. He is a top class horse that looks destined for great things which is a sign of how the Champion Bumper can also throw up some good tips for future National Hunt champions. There are number of good looking horses with entries to the 2010 race as we search for our next star of the future.
08/03 - Quevega and Voler La Vedette Fighting It Out In David Nicholson Mares Hurdle
The David Nicholson Mares Hurdle was first introduced to the Cheltenham Festival in 2008 but it has already become a staple on the day 1 card and looks set for another exciting renewal in 2010. Its an excellent chance for the mares to race against each other with only those aged four and above eligible to enter the race which will be the final race on Tuesday at the Festival. The entry list for the 2010 race is looking high quality as the reputation for this one looks set to further be enhanced.
05/03 - Rite Of Passage Likely To Take Neptune Novices Hurdle Favouritism
The Neptune Novices Hurdle takes its place on Day 2 of the 2010 Cheltenham Festival and will feature as always some good staying hurdlers. This race is often used as a stepping stone for bigger and better things with often the World Hurdle being the natural progression for winners of this race. The list of entries for the 2010 Neptune Novices Hurdle is looking impressive and is set up to be an exciting renewal on Queen Mother Champion Chase day.
04/03 - Nicky Henderson Duo Looking For Cheltenham Glory In RSA Chase
The RSA Chase has become one of the big races of the Cheltenham Festival and takes its place just before the Champion Chase on Day 2 of the Festival. It has taken on more and more prestige in recent years and the 2010 race looks set to build on that already excellent reputation. The Betting for this years race is looking exciting with two Nicky Henderson horses leading the way and they are expected to battle it out for supremacy, a win here can often be a stepping stone to a Gold Cup run the following year. Denman was the brilliant RSA Chase winner in 2007 before going onto win the 2008 Cheltenham Gold Cup so it is also an excellent race when looking for future stars.
